ARB APEX BANK's annual Nine Lessons and Carols celebration, themed 'Redemption has come, the saviour is born', was a heartwarming event. The bank's Managing Director, Alex Kwesi Awuah, expressed gratitude for the institution's role in financial inclusion. He highlighted the importance of the ninth lesson from 1 John 1-14, emphasizing the apostles' personal encounter with God's revelation, which fosters fellowship and contrasts it with darkness and sin. Awuah encouraged staff to contribute to the bank's growth, acknowledging individual efforts. The service featured a series of readings from various departments, including Risk and Compliance, ICT, Audit and Inspection, Human Capital, Finance, Banking Operations, and a special guest reading from a former staff member. The General Overseer of Living Streams International, Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Markwei, delivered a sermon on the deeper meaning of Jesus' birth, emphasizing the ongoing redemption plan. The event included intercessory prayers, an offertory for charity, and a grand finale of a cocktail and dinner dance with live band music, leaving attendees with a memorable Christmas celebration.
